Lisa Olivia Munn grew up in Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid lived in Vietnam and has Chinese ancestry while Winston Barrett Munn's clan has roots that go back to the American South. Olivia was just 2 years old when her parents divorced. She is now raised by her mother and stepfather. He is a United States Air Force soldier. The family stayed throughout the world, her principal residence is Tokyo, Japan. In the years that followed she performed in a number of local theater productions and later began modeling within the Japanese fashion industry. As the family retreated to the United States, Olivia moved to Los Angeles to pursue her ambition of becoming an actor. Olivia's acting career took off after a couple of small parts. She landed the part of Mily in Hawaii-lensed television series Beyond the Break (2005) as well as the role of receptionist in the film Big Stan starring Rob Schneider in Big Stan (2006). She is the host of "The Daily Nut" and"Formula D" on G4 "Formula D" Podcasts on G4. Since the 2006 television show Beyond the Break, she continues to browse. Additionally, she holds a black belt in Taekwondo. At the age of two, her mother remarried. The second time, she got married to an US Air Force serviceman. The family has moved several times, but she spent most of her childhood in Tokyo Japan because that is the place where her father worked. In the University of Oklahoma is where she completed her studies in journalism, with a minor in Japanese as well as drama and dramatic arts.
