Annie Mist Thorisdottir works as a professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She is the owner and operator of Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, where she coaches athletes. Annie is the very first woman to ever win twice in CrossFit Games. Annie was second at the 2010, and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir, an Icelandic weightlifter and CrossFit athlete and a media celebrity is one of the CrossFit athlete from Iceland. She was the winner of CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice, becoming the first female winner. Also, she is known for winning the Dubai Fitness Competition in both 2013 and 2017. Annie was born in and brought up in Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and siblings. From the age of a child, she has been a sport and fitness fanatic. In 2009, she participated in the CrossFit Games in California where she was able to perform very well during the initial competitions. Annie Thorisdottir, as of 2021, is 31 years old. She is 5'7 tall and her weight approximately 67 kilograms. Annie started CrossFit Training in California in the year 2009. Annie had an impressive performance in her initial games. She was within the top 10 of a field of 70. Although she didn't win any of the titles however she was able to finish in the 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Under the coaching of Jami Tikkanen, Annie placed 2nd in CrossFit Games and was awarded the Silver Medal that year. The following year she was a participant in CrossFit Games and won them thanks to her outstanding performances. She was the first woman to ever win CrossFit Games. Annie is the only woman to win successive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to her outstanding performance. In 2014, she received a gold medal. In 2021, she won with a bronze. Annie has been coaching and training at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was founded by Annie. Annie was a well-known athlete when she gained fame. She's worked with many sports brands like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Revolution Periodization Nuun Hydroxylysis Sidekick Yerbae among others. A few thousand people subscribe to her own Youtube Channel where training videos as well as travel and family videos are uploaded.
